Introduction
This article will walk you through the step of installing LiveDDM v6 Workstation on a PC. Before beginning, please ensure the target machine meets or exceeds the Minimum Hardware Requirements.
LiveDDM v6 installs per User. This means that you must install LiveDDM v6 Workstation for every Windows User that signs into the target machine. In addition, you will need Administrative privileges on the target machine in order to successfully run the installer.
Steps
- Download the latest LiveDDM v6 Workstation Installer and place it on the target machine
- Run the installer.
- You will be prompted to install prerequisites. LiveDDM requires Visual C++ 2010 SP1 and .NET Framework 4.7.2 be installed. Let the installer complete the installation of these prerequisites if necessary. The installation of the .NET Framework may require a reboot. If so, the LiveDDM v6 installer will resume once the system has been restarted.
- Accept the End User License Agreement
- Select the Installation Folder. There is no need to alter the default path unless otherwise directed to do so.
- Complete the installation
- A shortcut will be placed on the User's desktop once the installation is finished
