Introduction


LiveDDM v6.0.983 and higher has support for SmartChart.  Follow the steps below to configure LiveDDM to bridge to SmartChart.


Steps


  1. Launch LiveDDM
  2. Open Terminal Settings from the menu.  Navigate to User -> Terminal Settings
  3. Click the Imaging Tab
  4. Under Primary (or Secondary) Imaging Software, select SmartChart from the Imaging Software list.
  5. Next you will need to locate the SmartChart Helper application.  Click the Browse button and locate SmartChart.Helper.exe (example: C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartChart\Bin\Helper\SmartChart.Helper.exe)
  6. Click the green check mark to save Terminal Settings
