Problem

Custom Perio Path pauses when it is not set to do so.

Solution

Navigate to the Personal path setup under the Dentist or Hygienist's login ( Setup menu -> Periodontal Exam Setup -> Paths Setup). Set a pause on the Quadrant 1 Buccal path. Close and reopen LiveDDM. Create a Perio exam and chart pocket depths. Click the Save button. The "Live Perio -- Save Current Exam Options" window opens. Select 'Delete this exam permanently'. Navigate back to the Perio path setup and remove the pause set on Quad 1 Buccal. Close and reopen LiveDDM.
