1. Ensure both LiveDDM and XDR are installed on the PC
  2. In LiveDDM, go to user-->terminal settings-->imaging tab
  3. In the drop down, pick XDR for the imaging bridge
  4. Click on browse and find the EXE on the workstation, usually found here: C:\XDRClient\Bin\XDR.exe & click save
  5. You can test the bridge by right-clicking on any appointment a select 'Launch XDR' or by opening the patient window, selecting the patient and then clicking the icon on the tool bar that looks like an x-ray. XDR should launch with the correct patient you selected in LiveDDM

Note: If you cannot find the .EXE to bridge to:

  • Please contact the client and/or the imaging company contact so they can indicate the location for you.
  • You may also find the EXE location by right clicking on the shortcut on the desktop for the imaging software and going to properties to see where is installed
  • Lastly, LiveDDM often stores a .REG file that has bridge information on the server that you can use to merge on workstations, filling in the values automatically:  \\ServerName\The Doctor Company\LiveDDM.reg
