- Ensure both LiveDDM and Adstra are installed on the PC
- In LiveDDM, go to user-->terminal settings-->imaging tab
- In the drop down, pick Adstra for the imaging bridge
- Now click on browse to navigate to adstra.exe, usually located here: C:\adstra\ADSTRA.exe
- You can test the bridge by right-clicking on any appointment a select 'Launch Adstra' or by opening the patient window, selecting the patient and then clicking the icon on the tool bar that looks like an x-ray.
- Note: You might first have to launch Adstra from the desktop and running before you can use LiveDDM to bridge to the patient.
Note: If you cannot find the .EXE to bridge to:
- Please contact the client and/or the imaging company contact so they can indicate the location for you.
- You may also find the EXE location by right clicking on the shortcut on the desktop for the imaging software and going to properties to see where is installed
- Lastly, LiveDDM often stores a .REG file that has bridge information on the server that you can use to merge on workstations, filling in the values automatically: \\ServerName\The Doctor Company\LiveDDM.reg
