The provider order can be changed in LiveDDM on the scheduler. Note that anyone can change the order, and the order is reflected globally. It will be set the same for every user.
Steps:
1. Log into LiveDDM
2. Open the scheduler
3. Click the clipboard/people icon:
4. In the window that appears, highlight a name and use the up or down yellow arrows to move the user's scheduler up or down in order. The very top is slot 1 with each account descending afterwards.
