Introduction


Message Templates allow you to create Email and SMS Templates that can be sent on demand to one or more Patients.


Creating a Message Template


  1. Sign into the LiveDDM Management Console (LMC)
  2. From the menu, navigate to Services -> Live Events
  3. From the Live Events menu, navigate to Manage -> Subscription
  4. Select the Appointment Reminders button under Live Event Subscriptions
  5. Select Add Action Template
  6. Change the name of the template
  7. Under Event Action, set the Event Action Type to Message Template
  8. Under Message Templates, create your desired Email and SMS Templates

  9. Select Save


Sending a Message Template

  1. Return to the LMC Dashboard and, on the menu, select Patients
  2. Search for your desired Patient
  3. On the Patient's dashboard, under Message Templates, select the desired template
  4. Click Review and Send
  5. In the Send Template Message dialogue, you will need to select one or more recipients under Send To Email and or Send To Cell#. Note that every member of the selected Patient's family will be available.
  6. After the recipients are chosen, you can modify their contact information before sending
  7. When ready select Send Email and or Send SMS
