Problem


When launching the LiveDDM Management Client portal, you receive the following error:


Error trying to drop user stats

Cause


This issue may be caused by table locks in the LiveDDM database


Resolution


To resolve, you must have all users exit and shut down LiveDDM.  In addition, you may need to restart the SQL Service on your LiveDDM database.  For assistance, please contact support at support@liveddm.com
